ICS on Motorola RAZR- first impressions

So my phone (Motorola RAZR) has finally updated to android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). My first impressions are not great if I'm honest. This is not a full review of new features but more basic notes to consider. Various data and app management features have been altered or removed and I believe this is for the worst. Some aspects of the interface are better but the negatives are quite obvious. Of course it is too early to make a proper decision now but my first impressions are not good. At the moment I wish I had not bothered updating, I just preferred the old system.
